Went into store to purchase new break pads for car, Jerry was the only one who was in the store, I said good morning His statement was "were busy what did you need." I told him I had a set of pads that needed replacing and I had the original pads one of their personal said to bring in the old pads and they would exchange them .. Jerry then proceeded as if he was annoyed at having to help said no you need to upgrade were not giving you anything for those. I have many other options for obtaining these, I think my business will go to a different place, customer service is important and to treat your customer as I was treated was not necessary. Feedback: Better customer service! Remember who your customer is and that you are there to serve the needs of a customer.

Bought a battery based on their recommendation after testing my alternator and starter, which they said wasn't the problem. Battery died, went to return. Luis and David "the manager" both were rude and condescending with me, refusing to return or offer store credit, since the warranty would only replace the item, which was not defective. After calling corporate, I was authorized a return. Luis rolled his eyes and was continuously rude. David "the manager" handled my return, as he walked me to the register he says to Luis, "I should start buying things just to return them" continues to tell me that "it's not me" referring to "other customers". David "the manager" proceeds to touch my hand and calls me "mami". After 45 min of David "the manager" trying to figure out how to issue my return, he finally call David, an employee, over to help him, which the employee did. The kind of work environment that David "the manager" and Luis create in this store will discourage me from ever shopping here again! It was horrifically unnecessary, rude, and condescending. Feedback: Put David, the employee in charge of the store instead of the David currently running it!
